Revision Policy

The number of revisions you are allowed will depend on the package. You can request any number of revisions that are listed in the package's details. We strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. We will keep revising until you are satisfied with the service. There is no obligation to pay a fee when the design concept is not modified. You can receive your updated design within just 48 hours.

Turn Around Time

Royal Design USA has 48-72 hour turnaround times for the majority of design services. This isn't the total duration from beginning to end for a design project but the time required to finish one iteration of a design phase. Based on the type of service, the amount of time needed for revisions may be anywhere from 48 to 72 hours. This is equivalent to 2 working days. For example:

  • Logo Orders or Revisions requested on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.
  • Logo Orders or Revisions requested on Friday will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday.

Domain And Hosting

Hosting and domains are provided free of charge in conjunction with web hosting packages when it is needed. All email accounts included through website packages can be configured using third-party email software, like outlook. Each email account will be allocated 10MB of storage space. If you do not host your website through us, we cannot offer email accounts.

Royal Design USA offers 100% Money Back Guarantee for all of its design services. Customers are entitled to claim 100% of the amount paid for the service returned under the following conditions:

  • Suppose you're not happy with the design for the logo or website. You may request a 100 % refund for your design.

Refund Policy

Royal Design USA offers 100% refund on all of its design services, but it's not an absolute 100% refund, and certain conditions will still apply.

Royal Design USA’s policy on refunds is null and void If:

  • You've selected a specific or customized package.
  • The design concept that is the primary one (for all services) has been accepted
  • The logo is complete.
  • The website was created, developed, and then live-streamed.
  • You've demanded changes.
  • The decision to cancel the project was caused by reasons that were not related to the project.
  • The Company hasn't been in contact for more than two weeks
  • The policies of the Company or policies were not followed.
  • A different designer or business was approached about the same design.
  • Creative briefs are not complete in essential details
  • A complete redesign is being demanded.
  • The claim has passed the ‘request for refund time-frame.
  • he reasons for this include "change of mind" or 'disagreement with a partner or any other reason that is not related to the service are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance
  • After a customer has agreed to multiple revise (for every service),
    • The client is eligible to get 50% of the refund upon meeting in consultation with the Project Manager.
    • The decision to approve refunds is at the discretion of Royal Design’s Management
    • The decision of management on this issue will be final.
  • If a customer purchases an item in a bundle of services and then experiences dissatisfaction with a particular service, the refund is only applicable to that specific service, and it will not be applicable to the entire bundle.
  • Orders cancelled prior to the project's initiation for reasons that are not related to the design service in itself due to any reason will incur an administrative fee of 33% of the cancellation cost.

Notice:

Royal Design USA hold all rights to refuse any project or to cancel the contract at any time they deem essential. After the reimbursement, you will not be granted any rights to utilize the designs in any way. They will remain the sole exclusive property belonging to Royal Design USA. Royal Design USA is the sole proprietor of these designs. Services that are not connected to design services are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. They do not fall under our money-back guarantee. If the service was bought in the package deal or any other type of deal, it can't be used to obtain refunds on the whole package. Some examples of these services are:

If services aren't covered by the policy of 100% refund when a customer is unhappy with the service, with the Royal Design management, after reviewing the project, can decide to issue a partial refund to the customer.

Claim Your Refund

For a refund to claim your refund, follow these steps.

After receiving your money back, you won't be entitled to any designs provided to Royal Design USA unless an agreement is reached between both the Company and customer via written communication. Delivery Policy

The entire purchase will be delivered to the specified account within the specified date on the Order Confirmation, along with an email confirmation will be sent.
Time to turnaround will vary as per the plan; the required minimum time is two business days. Websites can only go live when all dues are paid. No website is made live if there are any outstanding debts. If you need to place an urgent or urgent order, please contact our customer service team.

The design order files are delivered according to the time stipulated in the "Order Confirmation". An email is also sent to notify the customer about the delivery of their design order to their account-specific area. All revision policies and refunds are subject to the date and time when the design order was delivered to the client's account. The design order documents are sent by as per the date stated in the "Order Confirmation". A separate email is sent to the client to inform them about the design order's delivery delivered to their account area. The policies regarding revision and refunds are contingent on the date and time when the design order is sent to the account of the customer. We send all our customized design orders by email within 5-7 days of the date of receiving an order. Design Ownership & Rights

The finalized designs provided by Royal Design USA are done by a written request of the client to finalize, and upon completion, the client is provided with all finalized core files of the logo. The client owns 100% of all rights to the logo.

  • The client will own the design created through Royal Design USA in its entirety.
  • All rights in the ownership of the design that is finalized will be the sole property of the client 100%.
  • The client is entitled to make use of the finalized design however they like.
  • The client does not, however, own any content or media created during any revision cycle prior to the release of the Final Product.

Content Creation & Population

  • Royal Design USA will not be responsible for generating or adding content (e.g. Text or Images) on the site except if it was purchased in a specific way. In this event:
  • Royal Design USA will populate the website with new content specifically for the user.
  • The text and content for the website will be specifically designed for the website of the customer.
  • Royal Design USA will populate the site with photos.
  • Royal Design USA will acquire the images they need from photo sites that sell stock images.
  • Images will be purchased after acceptance by the client.
  • Royal Design USA will not be held accountable in any way, shape or form for any resemblances to images on this site, which may or might not look similar to other sites.
  • Royal Design USA will populate the site with information about the product.
  • Images of the product and details about it can be supplied by the customer.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

  • Royal Design USA does not share customer data concerning its project and contact information with anyone. The person's identity and project details are kept private at all times
  • When the project is finished successfully, the participants Royal Design USA and The Client are not permitted to attack or discredit one another in connection with issues that arise after the completion of the project.
  • When the project is concluded successfully, the parties agree to refrain from (and Royal Design USA shall make reasonable efforts to force its directors and officers to abstain from) direct or indirect, at any time thereafter, making any defamatory remarks in any form or manner at all to anyone regarding any Client (and for the Company its officers, employees, directors agents consultants and affiliates, investors, or the business associates).

Record Maintenance

The finalized designs provided by Royal Design USA are done by a written request of the client to finalize, and upon completion, the client is provided with all finalized core files of the logo. The client owns 100% of all rights to the logo.

We will keep a logs of your design's finalization once we send you the final file.

If you're looking for the final files in the future, we'll forward them to you upon your request.

Technical Support Policy

Royal Design USA is primarily a design service and consultancy service. We can design and develop the services the client requires. Sometimes, our packages and the services we provide will contain technical aspects that assist the client with their website and email. Royal Design USA will provide clients with basic information about these services and the necessary settings to ensure that the services function. Royal Design USA will not be accountable for providing comprehensive instructions or installing those services at the customer's expense. The services offered may include but not only:

  • Website Deployment
  • Royal Design USA will deploy the site for customers
  • Hosting servers are provided by us
  • Hosting service provided through Royal Design USA is a free service offered to the customer as an additional benefit at any cost. It is obtained by a third party service provider.
  • Hosting servers provided by the purchaser (purchased from an third party)
  • If the website is hosted on a third internet server that is purchased by the client, Royal Design USA will not be held accountable for any server or hosting-related problems.

There isn't a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client as well as Royal Design USA in terms of technical assistance or service interruption except for per-month maintenance services.

Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)

  • Royal Design USA will provide customers with a user's guide to using the CMS on the Website (Content Management System).
  • Royal Design USA will not be responsible for the training of the user on the Website's CMS (Content Management System).

Emails Setup

  • Royal Design USA will be offering the customer the required settings and instructions to enable the emails at their end.
  • Royal Design USA will not be held accountable for the installation of these emails on the end of the customer.
  • Royal Design USA will not be held responsible for technical assistance or assistance with solving issues with email use since all our emails are stored on open servers that are accessible to any service provider.

Royal Design USA will not be held accountable for any customer's inability to implement, install or comprehend the use of these services from their side since the responsibility for the rest is with the end of the consumer.

Communication Policy

  • All for Refunds, Requests for refunds or any other directions related to the order have to be submitted via this designated platform before they can be considered to be official.
  • Royal Design USA will not be held responsible for any communications made via any other channel other than designated platform or any other phone number that is not provided by us or provided on our official website.
  • Emails are sent back and forth between official emails [email protected]/ Should be taken as valid forms of communication.
  • We do not take responsibility for any losses, problems, or delays resulting from contacts made by means of communication that is not supplied by us.
  • We are fully responsible for the information we provide via the official websites.

You agree you understand that Royal Design USA is not accountable for any communications sent through email addresses other than ones we use for the domain we own, i.e. and/or any toll- number that isn't mentioned on the website. Royal Design USA should not be held accountable for any damage(s) caused by this correspondence. We will only be responsible for any correspondence sent via email addresses with our own domain name and/or by calling a number, i.e. previously mentioned on the Royal Design USA’s Website.
